Delivery & Shipping

Once you’ve placed an order, we’ll endeavour to send it to you as soon as possible. This usually means packing and dispatching within two full business days.

Once you’ve placed an order and your delivery has been dispatched, you’ll be emailed delivery details, including the ability to track your delivery. Click the link to check the delivery status.

You'll also receive SMS updates that allow you to check delivery status via the included link.

At this point in time, we retail to Australian-based consumers only.

Delivery times can vary depending on your location, however most products should arrive within 10 business days from the moment you receive shipping confirmation.

If you're yet to receive your order 10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please try the order tracking function found on the shipping confirmation email. If you no longer have the email, or you require further information, please reach us at: info@groovefurniture.com.au and we’ll ascertain its status.

Due to the size and nature of our products, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping costs vary by delivery postcode and by the product type being delivered. The shipping fee, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout after you’ve added your preferred delivery address. We often offer free shipping for selected products - see the product listing for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received something you didn’t expect, or that something was missing. Please reach out to us at: info@groovefurniture.com.au as soon as possible and we’ll be sure to assist. Further details can be found at our return policy here.

Once we’ve reviewed and accepted your return, and confirmed refund approval, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Further details can be found in our return policy here.

For damaged or faulty product returns that have been reviewed and accepted by us, we'll arrange courier collection and payment. For change of mind returns and associated costs, these will be arranged by the purchaser. Further details can be found in our return policy here.

Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser only and therefore warranty rights do not transfer to any subsequent owner. Further warranty details can be found here.

Billing & Payments

We accept a number of payment methods: Credit or Debit Card, PayPal, Groove Furniture e-Gift Card, or Afterpay.

Have a Groove Furniture discount code or e-gift card? Lucky you! 

Using either payment method is as simple as entering the discount code or e-gift card number into the applicable field during the checkout process. Once entered correctly and verified, the discount code and/or e-gift card value will be automatically applied to your shopping cart. 

Groove Furniture e-gift cards have a three-year validity period. The expiry date will be clearly displayed on the e-gift card.

Products, Care & Assembly

Our products are designed right here in Australia, drawing from both local and international trends.

Our range of stylish furniture is produced at various locations around Asia. We work closely with our suppliers abroad to bring you products that are tested and quality controlled, giving you peace of mind that they’ll meet your needs.

Assembly instructions are included in the packaging of all new products. If you’ve misplaced them, or would like to see how easy it is to put our furniture together before purchasing, you’ll find assembly instructions here.

In order to maximise the life of your Groove Furniture products, we recommend: 

Lifting the item and carrying into place when moving it – don’t drag it. 

Regularly check and tighten hardware as needed, for example screws and bolts which may loosen over extended periods of time. 

Removing food and liquid spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. 

Following any specific care instructions that are otherwise provided on the product and/or on the website product page. This is particularly important for products with fabric, as each fabric can differ in care instructions. 

If your product came with a warning label informing you of proper care and use, we recommend leaving the sticker on as a reminder of the items proper use.
